Last week, TF reached out to some of our supporters because our Peruvian partners needed an x-ray machine to provide access to dental care for 90 patients a month.
The students in the EMBA23 Rotman class generously opened their hearts and donated $2,000 in a CanadaHelps campaign to cover the cost of the x-ray machine, surpassing our goal of raising $1,550. We can’t say how grateful we are to our donors for their support!
In addition to our stellar silent auction on May 15, we also featured a Fund A Need auction that aimed to raise $1,450 to cover the cost of a scaling/ultrasound device, compressor, a sterilizer, and dental instruments.
Thanks to our kind supporters on May 15, and the extra funds raised by the EMBA23 Rotman class, we were able to raise $745 to purchase these items.
