Below are some ideas to get you and your workmates started.

Employee Fundraising: Rally your desk-mates around comprehensive cleft care with a workplace giving program, or through team-building activities. Some ideas include:

• Casual Dress Day (make a donation to wear your comfy clothes)
• Office 50/50 or Office Raffle
• Office “Penny Jar”
• Office Olympics
• Employee Cookbooks

Corporate Matching: Show your company’s commitment to giving back through an employee matching program. Match a percentage (or the full donation) contributed by your team members to help encourage giving, and double the impact towards comprehensive cleft care.

Sponsorship: Partner with TF in support of public engagement events or campaigns in support of children born with cleft lip and palate around the world.
